cheese layered cream cracker

Tengok kat dapur apa bahan yg tak laku dimakan. Tengok2 ada roti gardenia, biskut cream cracker & cream cheese tinggal 1/2 buku. Mari kita habiskan stok makanan ni... dah lama biar atas meja tu tak laku pun... so kena bg upgrade sikit....
Pagi che'pah buat roti goreng. Memang sempoi resepi ni.... Tengok kat fp Kak rinchan.

Yang nampak bulat2 tu bawang besor.
Roti Goreng

Bahan-bahan:
Beberapa keping roti, dipotong 4
3 senduk tepung gandum
2 biji telur
Air secukupnya
Garam secukup rasa
Minyak utk menggoreng
Cara-cara :
1. Bancuh tepung dengan semua bahan2 lain kecuali roti.
*Jika suka boleh juga dimasukkan hirisan bawang besar.
2. Kacau hingga sebati.
3. Panaskan minyak utk menggoreng.
4. Celupkan roti ke dalam bancuhan tepung dan goreng seperti biasa hingga kekuningan.
5. Sedap dimakan bersama sos cili.
Nota che'pah:
Roti ni memang sedap dimakan panas2. Macam makan cucur tapi lebih lembut. Che'pah campur dengan bawang besar lagi sodap. Hubby pn tanya, resepi mana pulak nih? resepi geng fotopage la....

CHEESE LAYERED CREAM CRACKERS

Resipi Asal Sumbangan - Allahyarham Susan Jafri
250 gm of cream cheese
65 gm of butter
1/2 cup of sugar
Cream Crackers biscuits
Fresh Milk
Strawberry jam
Blend the cream cheese, butter and sugar until thoroughly mixed and fluffy.
Prepare a container which we can arrange the biscuits, if you want, you can lined the contained with aluminium foil.
First, dip the biscuit into the Fresh Milk, not too soggy please, just dip it until fully immersed and arranged it on the pan. Then spread a layer of the cheese mixed, followed by another layer of biscuits. Cheese again, and this time my biscuits, mama spread some strawberry jam before dipping it into the milk. Do the same thing until you finish the cheesed mixture. Put it in the fridged. Nice eaten when it is cold.
Nota che'pah:
che'pah buat separuh adunan je, sebab cream cheese ada 1/2 je. Che'pah dpt 3 layer biskut + 2 layer cream cheese & jam. che'pah guna square tin 9". Walaupun RUPA tk brapa cantik tapi rasanya memang sedap. Ofismates pun minta resepi nak menghabiskan biskut yg tak laku....
